Thursday 2 February 2023: 10am (management team only);
Thursday 2 March 2023: 10am (management); 11.15 to 12noon (agencies)
Thursday 6 April 2023: 10am (management); 11.15 to 12noon (agencies)
Thursday 4 May 2023: 10am (management); 11.15 to 12noon (agencies)
Pre event set up times:
Sunday 4 June 2023: 10am – 12am (Day before event – setting up)
Monday 5 June 2023: 0830 early set up – event starts at 10am
