The 2026 event is currently underway at Shrewsbury Flaxmill / Maltings. Over 1500 year-six pupils
from 50 schools are attending. Visitors to date include Bernie Bentick, Shrewsbury Town Mayor,
Katy Tanner, the High Sheriff and Alison Barker, senior manager, Network Rail.

Finally, our event is all about safety. We still need one or two chaperones this week, but this is also a chance for future volunteers to make themselves known for next year.
