The West Mercia Police and Crime Commissioner and 20 local businesses sponsored Shrewsbury and Oswestry Crucial Crew in 2025, but we would like to see more. Sponsoring the safety of young children through professional safety education events such as Crucial Crew is no accident and rewarding for all concerned. The next event is to be held at Shrewsbury Flaxmill / Maltings from 1 – 12 June 2026

Our planning meetings in are now complete. All that remains is to set everything up. Anyone who would like to help at Shrewsbury Flaxmill on Saturday 30 May is most welcome to attend. Details are as follows:

Pre event set up times:
Saturday 30 May 2026: 9am – 1pm (Sat before event –  setting up)
Monday 1 June 2026: 0830 early set up – event starts at 10am
